What is included in a standard cleaning?
Our standard clean follows a 17 point checklist covering kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, and living areas: counters, sinks, toilets, tubs, showers, mirrors, dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and trash. Deep clean add ons like inside the fridge, inside the oven, and baseboards can be added to any visit.
Do you bring your own supplies and equipment?
Yes. Our cleaners arrive with all supplies and equipment. If you prefer we use a specific product in your home, just let us know.
Are your cleaners insured and background checked?
Yes. Every WHB cleaner passes a background check before joining, and we are fully insured.
What if I am not happy with my clean?
We back every visit with a satisfaction guarantee. Tell us within 24 hours and we will return to make it right at no charge.
Do I get the same cleaner every time?
On recurring plans, yes. We match you with one cleaner who learns your home. If your cleaner is ever unavailable, we send a vetted replacement and let you know ahead of time.
Do I need to be home during the cleaning?
No. Most clients give us entry instructions like a door code or lockbox. Our team treats your keys and codes with strict care.
What does a move out cleaning include?
Our move out clean is a bundled deep clean built for getting deposits back: inside cabinets, inside the fridge and oven, baseboards, and a full top to bottom clean of the empty home.
